These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MapRankIQ website at maprankiq.io and your enrollment in MapRankIQ services. MapRankIQ is a brand operated by Lakeside Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1 The Service
MapRankIQ provides an ongoing, managed Google Business Profile optimization and local search visibility service for qualified local businesses. The service is designed to improve and maintain the signals Google uses to evaluate local businesses for map-pack placement.
MapRankIQ is a managed service, not a software platform or self-service tool. Work is performed by our team on your behalf using access you provide to your Google Business Profile and related accounts.
2 Eligibility and Enrollment
Enrollment in MapRankIQ services is by invitation or pre-qualification only. We extend our standard guarantee only to businesses that have been evaluated through our outbound client selection process or have completed our inbound pre-qualification review.
By enrolling, you represent that:
You are the owner or authorized decision-maker for the business being enrolled
The business has an active, publicly accessible website
The business has an existing, verified Google Business Profile
You have the authority to grant MapRankIQ access to the Google Business Profile
3 Billing and Payment
MapRankIQ services are billed at $197.00 per month on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment.
Billing is processed automatically each month through Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize Lakeside Media LLC to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.
There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@maprankiq.io. See the Guarantee & Refund Policy for full cancellation and refund terms.
4 Your Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of MapRankIQ services and to maintain eligibility for the results guarantee, you agree to:
Complete the intake process promptly and provide all requested information
Grant MapRankIQ the required level of access to your Google Business Profile and any related accounts
Maintain consistent, normal business operations throughout the engagement
Notify MapRankIQ promptly of any material changes to your business, including changes to your location, primary services, business name, phone number, or website
Respond to MapRankIQ communications within a reasonable timeframe when a response is required
5 Results Guarantee
The terms of our results guarantee are set forth in full in the MapRankIQ Guarantee & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The guarantee applies only to eligible clients and is subject to the conditions described in that policy.
We make no guarantee of any specific ranking outcome beyond what is described in the Guarantee & Refund Policy.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on the MapRankIQ website — including text, graphics, logos, and page designs — is the property of Lakeside Media LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Work product created by MapRankIQ on your Google Business Profile (posts, responses, optimizations) becomes part of your GBP record and remains associated with your business upon cancellation of service. MapRankIQ does not claim ownership of your Google Business Profile or its content.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lakeside Media LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the MapRankIQ service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lakeside Media LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
Lakeside Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8 Disclaimer
MapRankIQ services are provided in good faith based on Google's current local search ranking signals and best practices. Google's algorithms are subject to change without notice, and no managed service provider can guarantee specific search rankings indefinitely or control Google's systems. Our guarantee is based on our track record and methodology, not on any special relationship with or access to Google's systems.
MapRankIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin.
10 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
