Name, business name, email address, phone number, and city/state when you complete our enrollment form or contact us
Google Business Profile access credentials provided during the intake process (handled securely and never shared with third parties)
Payment information submitted at checkout (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data on our servers)

IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited when you access our website
Cookies and similar tracking technologies used for analytics and page performance (see Cookies section below)

Deliver and manage the MapRankIQ local visibility service

Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you submit payment information through our checkout, your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on MapRankIQ's or Lakeside Media LLC's servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Email Communications
By enrolling in MapRankIQ services, you consent to receive operational and service-related emails from us. These emails include your purchase confirmation, onboarding instructions, service updates, and billing notifications.
If you enroll through our outbound prospecting process, you may also receive our initial outreach emails through our email platform. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@maprankiq.io. Operational emails related to your active subscription cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with our pages. We use Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to measure page performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some page functionality.
We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites or serve behavioral advertising.
