We guarantee top-three map-pack placement for your primary service keyword within six months. If not, 100% of all fees paid are refunded. No long-term contracts; cancel anytime.

Our Commitment

MapRankIQ, a brand operated by Lakeside Media LLC, guarantees that eligible clients who enroll in the MapRankIQ local visibility service will achieve a top-three Google map-pack position for their primary service keyword in their immediate geographic location within six months of the start of active service — or we will refund every dollar paid.

This guarantee is one of the most direct commitments in local marketing. We stand behind it because we only extend this offer to businesses we have evaluated and believe we can genuinely help.

Eligibility

This guarantee applies exclusively to businesses that:

  1. Were contacted directly by MapRankIQ as part of our outbound client selection process, or have completed and passed our pre-qualification review for inbound inquiries

  2. Have an active, publicly accessible business website at the time of enrollment

  3. Have an existing, verified Google Business Profile (GBP) at the time of enrollment

  4. Are not a national chain or big-box retail operation

  5. Complete the intake process and provide MapRankIQ with access to their Google Business Profile within the timeframe specified during onboarding

Franchises and multi-location businesses are eligible, but each physical business location requires its own separate MapRankIQ account and is evaluated and guaranteed independently.

How the Guarantee Works

What is guaranteed: A top-three Google map-pack position for the client's primary service keyword in their immediate geographic service area.

When the six-month clock starts: The guarantee period begins on the date MapRankIQ receives verified access to the client's Google Business Profile through the intake process — not the date of first payment.

What "top three" means: Placement within the three-business map-pack results that appear when a user in the client's immediate geographic area searches for the client's primary service keyword, as determined at the time of enrollment.

Conditions That Void the Guarantee

The guarantee is conditional on the client maintaining consistent, normal business operations throughout the engagement. The following circumstances void the guarantee in full, with no refund obligation:

  • Failure to complete the intake process within the specified timeframe

  • Failure to provide or maintain MapRankIQ's required access to the Google Business Profile

  • Changing the business's primary physical location during the guarantee period

  • Changing the business's primary service category or primary service keyword during the guarantee period

  • Temporarily or permanently closing the business during the guarantee period

  • Suspending, pausing, or significantly reducing normal business operations during the guarantee period

  • Making material changes to the Google Business Profile without notifying MapRankIQ, including but not limited to changes to business name, address, phone number, website URL, or category

  • Failure to respond to MapRankIQ communications within a reasonable timeframe when a response is required to continue active work

  • Any action or inaction by the client that materially disrupts MapRankIQ's ability to perform the agreed services

MapRankIQ will notify the client in writing if any of these conditions are observed and, where practical, provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before the guarantee is formally voided.

How to Request a Refund

If MapRankIQ has not achieved the guaranteed result within six months of the start of active service, and none of the voiding conditions apply, the client may request a full refund of all monthly payments made.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@maprankiq.io with the subject line: "Guarantee Refund Request — Business Name"

  2. Include your business name and the date your service began

  3. MapRankIQ will review the request within 10 business days and respond with a determination

Refunds are issued to the original payment method on file. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the card issuer.

Effect of Refund on Future Service

A refund under this guarantee constitutes a full and final resolution of the client relationship. Upon issuance of a refund, the client's MapRankIQ account is permanently closed and the client is not eligible to re-enroll in any MapRankIQ service offering at any future date. The client agrees that acceptance of the refund releases Lakeside Media LLC and the MapRankIQ brand from any further obligation or claim related to the services provided.

Cancellation (Without a Guarantee Claim)

MapRankIQ subscriptions are billed monthly at $197.00 per month. There is no long-term contract.

Clients who wish to cancel their subscription without making a guarantee claim may do so at any time by emailing support@maprankiq.io with the subject line: "Cancellation Request — Business Name." Cancellations are processed within 2 business days. The client will not be charged for the following billing cycle after cancellation is confirmed.

No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
